Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be processed Monday through Friday. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for processing and shipment of your order, we always ship sooner when possible. Orders placed on Friday will be processed and shipped early the following week.
We offer a variety of UPS shipping methods, this allows most orders to arrive within 1-4 business days from the date of shipment. If your shipment overlaps with a weekend please be aware there may be a slight delay with your delivery depending on the UPS delivery schedules.
Multiple Items going to the same mailing address may be combined to ship in the same package, this allows us to provide you with more competitive shipping rates.
Please ensure that you have provided the correct address information on your order, we will not be able to provide a refund or replacement for orders with an incorrect delivery address.
Delivery may be delayed due to extreme weather and other elements outside of our control. At this time delivery can not be guaranteed for a specific day or time.
When delivering to businesses or other large locations, we guarantee delivery to the mail room or central delivery location only. In these situations there may be a delay with the order reaching it's final destination. If possible, we recommend that you communicate directly with the central receiving location at the destination address in order to avoid any potential delays.
We recommend that you consume freshly baked items within 5 days after receiving them, or you can choose to freeze them.
We accept all major forms of credit card payment through our secured merchant processor. If your form of payment is denied your order will not be processed until we are able to collect a valid form of payment. We will do our best to contact you as soon as possible in this circumstance.
You will receive an email notification with an order confirmation as well as a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order is shipped.
